Resnipp ("we", "us") is an early-access service that turns long-form video — sermons, talks, recordings — into short vertical clips with captions. The service is provided as-is while in early access: features, limits, and pricing may change as the product develops.
You need an account with a valid email address to use Resnipp. Keep your password private — activity under your account is your responsibility. One account per person.
You own the videos you upload and the clips Resnipp produces from them. By uploading, you grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service: to store, transcode, transcribe, analyze, and process your video so we can deliver clips back to you. We claim no other rights to your content.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Resnipp is a processing service, not an archive. Uploaded source videos are automatically deleted about 24 hours after processing (this also ends the editing window for regenerating or restyling clips). Finished clips remain downloadable for a period set by your plan — currently 3 days (Free), 7 days (Pro), and 30 days (Premium) — and are then permanently deleted. Keep your own copies of anything you want to preserve.
Free accounts have upload limits. Paid plans add capacity and features, including processing-queue priority. Quotas exist to keep the service fast for everyone — we may throttle or decline usage that's clearly outside normal use. Prices, when payments launch, may change with reasonable notice.
You can stop using Resnipp anytime and may request account deletion by contacting us — we'll remove your account and its data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
We work hard to make Resnipp reliable, but it's provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost content (see retention above), missed posting schedules, or downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, in early access, may be zero).
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post the current version here with its effective date. Continuing to use Resnipp after a change means you accept it.
