One thing: run the service. We use your data to process your videos, deliver your clips, send you transactional email (like "your clips are ready"), and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your content to train AI models.
Uploaded source videos are deleted about 24 hours after processing. Finished clips are deleted on your plan's schedule (currently 3, 7, or 30 days). Diagnostic logs purge after 7 days. Account data is kept while your account exists — request deletion anytime and we remove your account and its data.
Everything travels over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with Argon2. Admin access requires two-factor authentication. We don't collect or store payment details (payments haven't launched). No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email hello@resnipp.com and we'll handle it.
Resnipp isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
